The competition too place at Rook Lane Chapel in December, and Frome College had a record number of 25 students enter, with the theme of ‘Reflection’.

Judging began at 5.45pm and the exhibition opened to the public at 6.30pm, with prize giving at 7.00pm.

The standards were outstanding, and members of the Rotary Club said they found the judging very difficult as the quality of the work was so high.

After much deliberation, the final results were:

In 1st Place - Tilly Higgins in Year 12.
In 2nd Place - Chloe Tawse in Year 13.
In 3rd Place - Ruby Hyde in Year 13.

Highly Commended Awards went to Blythe Plenderleith and Jess Billet in Year 13.

Tilly will now be entered into the District Competition, where if successful, she will go through to the National Finals. Good luck to her for the next stages!

Our congratulations and thanks go to everyone who entered the competition which produced an outstanding exhibition, and to everyone who continues to support Frome College.
